The Queen’s collection of Faberge’ eggs were on display at Holyrood Castle in Edinburgh one year when I was there and they literally took my breath away. I wanted to buy a book so I could remember how delicate and intricate they were but the images were a disappointment so I didn’t buy it. The ones you chose are beautiful and your granddaughters are very fortunate. Thanks for sharing, Francine.
