WEEKLY PHOTO CHALLENGE: UNIQUE
HEAD TATTOO
I have seen tattoo’s on different parts of a persons body, but never have I seen one designed all over someones head.
It was such a unique encounter that I asked permission to photograph this man’s head as seen through the lens of my camera.
Do you find it unique as well?

I don’t care for them either. I was very surprised to see this one,

I agree with cobbies69. It is unique and that’s why you’ve put it on here, but you don’t want to hear my opinion of tattoos. Nice shots though.

Super Francine. Just incredible that someone had that done to himself and I can’t imagine the investment of time and money to achieve that unique effect. Not to mention the discomfort. Oh my. Great series for the challenge!

That’s quite something. When I think of how much I have changed since I was around that mans age I can’t help but wonder . . .

Hi Francine! You placed this photo in the perfect category, for sure! Unique is definitely one way to describe it, LOL! I’ve missed visiting your site. Health issues have kept me away from blog land! May the Lord bless you, abundantly!

I am of the feeling that folks should be able to do whatever they want as long as it does no harm to anyone else. Would I do that? NO! Do I have any tats at all? NO! I wear my hair long like I have done since the 60s but I stop at permanent decorations.

Francine, truly unique and also bold & beautiful. I wonder what he does for a living. I don’t think he works in a suit & tie place. Great post! I really like it!

It’s a cool tattoo, but I can only think Ouch! I know how it feels to get one, but on the head–not sure i would be able to stand the pain.
TBM - February 4, 2013 at 11:02 am |
Oh my, that is totally unique
Madhu - February 4, 2013 at 2:39 pm |
Nice! I saw one on a guy’s head like that, but he had one of those folds right above the neck. It was a face smiling, but when he bent his head forward, the fold opened up and the lower smiling lip became a tongue sticking out of a mouth. It was so awesome. Doesn’t count though if I didn’t have a camera! I like your unique guy!
Jean - February 4, 2013 at 7:33 pm |
I can’t imagine why someone would do such a thing, but each to his own I suppose. Good for you Francine on getting the photos for the unique challenge.
adinparadise - February 4, 2013 at 7:51 pm |
Tattoos are such an interesting art form, aren’t they? I’m considering it myself as sort of a rite-of-passage into late middle age. Just because and why not?
Karen @ Into My Window - February 7, 2013 at 10:27 pm |
Given the pain, I don’t get how folks can get so many tattoos.
eof737 - February 18, 2013 at 10:01 pm |
Awesome capture! the colors are very bright and lively!
I would think having anything from the neck up tattooed would hurt like the Dickens!!
