SURROUNDINGS – WATER WATER EVERYWHERE

SUNDAY POST: SURROUNDINGS

Living in the city of Pittsburgh, we are surrounding by Three Rivers.  The Allegheny, The Monongahela and The Ohio.  They each play an important part in recreation and commerce throughout the area.

  1. That means water to walk beside and that means peace!

    • You are right. Along the rivers we have walking and biking trails as well as picnic and boating areas. It is very peaceful and in some areas very beautiful, especially at dust with the setting sun.

  7. Well, of course, you know I love this post. One of the wonderful things about Pittsburgh is the water and bridges. It is a city that- if we could lift it up and move it to Europe- would be on the “Grand Tour.” Just that stunningly beautiful.
