Seeing Life Through Photography

While walking along the streets where the Pittsburgh Arts Festival was located, there were a number of very alive looking statues that got a lot of attention. The details of the images portrayed by the sculptures, from facial expression to the objects in their hands was amazing. These statues were done by world-renowned artist J. Seward Johnson Jr.  One of the life-like statues is a sculpture of a businessman hailing a Taxi. This piece of art is appropriately named Taxi.

The sculptures portray all different kinds of individuals being busy at doing day-to-day activities. Below are a few that I have photographed from the 2012 exhibition.
